3.2 Studio Rentals

Studios must be booked in advance via our booking system. Rental fees must be paid in full before use. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in EUR. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee. Additional charges may apply for extended use, damage, or excessive cleaning needs.

5. Use of Space

5.1 General Rules

Users must respect other members and maintain a professional working environment. Loud noise, disruptive behaviour, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed inside the premises.

5.2 Equipment and Facilities

Users are responsible for any damage to equipment or property. Personal belongings must not obstruct common areas or cause inconvenience to others. Studio users must return the space to its original condition after use.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and within our facilities is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Access to our website or premises does not grant users any rights to our intellectual property. Unauthorized use of any materials may lead to legal action.

7. Liability and Security

Co-Working Memberships: May be cancelled with a 7-day notice before renewal. Studio Bookings: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cre8tive Wave Enterprises VLC reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Spain, and any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Valencia. If the user qualifies as a consumer, jurisdiction will follow applicable consumer protection laws.
