Welcome to Cr8tive Wave Enterprises VLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our co-working space and studio rentals. By booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.

2.⁠ ⁠Membership and Bookings

2.1 Co-Working Space

Membership options include daily, weekly, and monthly plans.

Access is available during designated hours based on your membership type.

Shared desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise reserved.

2.2 Studio Rentals

Studios must be booked in advance via our booking system.

Rental fees must be paid in full before use.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

3.⁠ ⁠Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in EUR.

Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.

Additional charges may apply for extended use, damage, or excessive cleaning needs.

4.⁠ ⁠Use of Space

4.1 General Rules

Users must respect other members and maintain a professional working environment.

Loud noise, disruptive behaviour, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed inside the premises.

4.2 Equipment and Facilities

Users are responsible for any damage to equipment or property.

Personal belongings must not obstruct common areas or cause inconvenience to others.

Studio users must return the space to its original condition after use.

5.⁠ ⁠Liability and Security

Cr8tive Wave Enterprises VLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Users are liable for any damages they cause to the premises, equipment, or furniture.

Security cameras may be in use for safety purposes.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Termination

Co-Working Memberships: May be cancelled with a 7-day notice before renewal.

Studio Bookings: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cr8tive Wave Enterprises VLC reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

7.⁠ ⁠Amendments

Cr8tive Wave Enterprises VLC reserves the right to modify these terms anytime. Members will be notified of significant changes.
